Spanish colonialization was the reason for the discovery of America and the spread o the Columbian exchange across the world. This was started in the 15th century when the Spanish expeditions under conquistadores under the reign of Castiles. They started to extract revenue from the natives and using the resources that can be found from the land like gold and silver to fund Spain's wealth. The chief reason for the colo9niaztion is the reach for glory and wealth for the Spanish crown. They used enslavement upon natives and spread their religion upon natives.
