This pedigree shows inheritance of an autosomal recessive condition, with dd individuals having the condition. For each of the following individuals, indicate whether their genotype is DD, Dd, dd, or D-. (D- refers to either DD or Dd). Use only the abbreviations shown.

Autosomal recessive inheritance is a condition in which a trait passed from parent to offspring. Autosomal recessive diseases typically affect both females and males equally. Autosomal recessive patterns manifest by skipping generations as the affected are usually offspring of unaffected carriers parents.
As given pedigree shows autosomal recessive inheritance; where, 'D' represent dominant allele and 'd' represent recessive allele.
Both, I-1 and I-2 may be or may not be carrier because, even if in next generation (II) no offspring is affected but in third generation offspring (III-5 and III-7) are affected indicated both parents (II-5 and II-6) must be carrier. II-6 can be carrier only if one of his parent (either I-1 or I-2), passed down the recessive allele (d allele).
As we can not assume which parent (either I-1 or I-2) is carrier; so, genotype of both, I-1 and I-2 should be (D/_); represent either DD or Dd.
