The section I am better understanding in Resp 104 are the different modes of mechanical ventilation. One thing that has helped me is writing out the different modes and listing the things that are preset and the things that can vary for each mode. I am then able to see what role the machine and patient have in ventilation. With now having class and clinicals, I have had to prioritize studying on the days I am not in class, at clinicals, or working. My weekends are usually pretty free so I now try to get most of my studying done on Saturday and Sunday. One thing that has helped me improve this change of school-life balance is bringing my notes to work and reviewing them whenever I have the opportunity.
