While Ag(NH3)+2(aq) is by itself with an arrow pointing up or down or it is left blank.
 
That is where I am confused at. Either you put an up and down arrow or leave it blank for both Ag+(aq) & 2NH3(g) and Ag(NH3)+2(aq).
