I looked at First Round Management's Instagram page and their page is a lot of promoting their athletes naturally. It is aimed to make them look like premier athlete in their field. Where "game day" post will be featuring their signed athletes even in cases where the "game day" post but pages like ESPN will always feature the biggest name their goal is clearly to promote their athletes.
