southern states; in 1960, Florida had 8 reps, Georgia had 10 Reps, New York had 43 Reps
while Pennsylvania had 30 Reps. In the 2020 general elections, Florida had a total of 27 Reps,
Georgia had 14 Reps, New York had 27 Reps while Pennsylvania had 20 EC votes. The
factors behind these population shifts are many.
