Coefficient of kinetic friction: μ=0.2

The velocity of the crate v=5 m/s 

The angle of the inclined surface θ=30°

 

To move the crate in the forward direction, the force in the crate should be at least equal to the sum of the weight component of the crate in opposite direction along the crate and the friction force.

So force required: F=mgsinθ+μN

Where N is the normal reaction of the crate on the surface. N=mgcosθ

So F=mgsinθ+μmgcosθ
