Talk about how the 4 panes in Johari Window might be seen in the workplace. Give a specific example of how each pane would be seen at work.

The Johari window has four quadrants that represent the following:
1. Open space: It is a characteristic that is known to you and others as well. It is a behaviour that is known to you as well as others.
Example: A good counsellor who is aware that he is good at counselling kids and his colleagues who acknowledge and know that he is good at counselling kids.
2. Blindspot: It is unknown to you but known to others. The blindspot shows what is unknown to us but it is known by others.
Example: You might not be aware that you elaborate too much when you are presenting but your coworkers know that.
