The hypotheses test will contain two hypothesis: null hypothesis and alternate hypothesis. The alternate hypothesis is about the claim which is to be tested.

If the test statistic is greater than the critical value (based on the significance level) then null hypothesis can be rejected and it can be concluded that test is significant.  

Assume that the sampling distribution of proportion of students who have been vaccinate for Covid-19 follows normal distribution.
