The good is it allows ideas and information to be spread and allows us to examine and have more diverse ideas when approaching problems due to the different backgrounds and ideas each group brings to the table. It also leads to conflicts due to different groups not being able or willing to always accept others ideas. Some cultures have beliefs that directly conflict with other cultures beliefs and this can lead to conflict and friction. However, when people are able to put these ideas aside it allows for the betterment of society due to the changes brought about from the ideas of everyone.
