If the voltage across a semiconductor diode is held constant, the current through it will vary with changes in
temperature. This effect can (and has) been used as the basis for temperature sensors.
Three different diodes were tested by holding the voltage across each constant (0.65 volts), then
measuring the current through each at various temperatures. Create a proper plot of the data and
add a properly formatted exponential trendline for each resistance.
