Expert Solution
Step 1

Given ,

Al's Roof Repair gets 45% of the roofing jobs.

i.e. P(Al's) = 0.45

Bob's Better Building gets 25% of the roofing jobs

i.e. P( Bob's ) = 0.25

Carl's roof service get 30% of the roofing jobs.

P( Carl's ) = 0.3

The 70% of Al's customers are satisfied.

i.e.  P( Satisfied | Al's ) = 0.7

The 95% of Bob's customers are satisfied.

P( Satisfied | Bob's )  = 0.95

The 90% of Carl's customers are satisfied.

P( Satisfied | Carl's ) = 0.90
