Armature current 

Ia=IL-If  =4-2  =2 A

then we will found back EMF 

Eb=Vt-IaRa    =200-2×0.6   =198.8 V

                              = NnlNfl-1   .....................(1)

voltage at no load Eb1=Vt

voltage at full load Eb2=Eb

As we know for dc shunt motor

 Eb1Eb2=N1N2VtEb=NnLNfl

then from equation (1)

Voltage regulation = VtEb-1 ×100                               =200198.8-1×100Voltage Regulation=0.603%
