Please explain how Jack Lang (French politician) held culture's definition out.
Jack Mathieu Émile Lang born on 2nd September 1939 is a french politician who is a member of the socialist party. He is especially known for his role as the Minister of Culture which he served from 1981 to 1986 and again from 1988 to 1993. He was also the minister of National Education from 1992 to 1993 and 2000 to 2002. Lang, while his term as the minister of culture was known for his organization of Fete de la Musique in 1982 which, which was an all-day public music festival that took place on 21st June in France as well as all over the world. In this question, we are looking at Lang's definition of culture which he used to bring out the American influence on France culturally in society.
