They did not try to do any misleading in our case. They were moral mediators who told the truth and being honest with their role. They also made our negotiation transparent by providing the essential data for informed navigation. We were very straightforward about our targets and expectations as it is the fundamental ethics in negotiation. We did not adopt force full way to make deals. We all obeyed the rule of being confidential about our information. We all tried to do our best in what we read in our books related to negotiation ethical behaviors. Tried to follow rules and regulations and the guidelines to reach mutual agreements.
