Designed for patients with complex or severe anxiety, OCD, depression, and/or personality disorders who are looking for quick results, our personalized, accelerated treatment program has two tracks: Individual Therapy and Group Therapy. Individual therapy involves multiple extended-length sessions per week. Group therapy involves a daily 90-minute CBT/DBT skills group, plus one hour per week of case management. Patients are welcome to participate in both Individual and Group tracks simultaneously.
