1) Cis - 1,2-difluoro-1,2-dimethylcyclopentane .
2) Trans - 1,2-difluoro-1,2-dimethylcyclopentane .
* Cis from is optically inactive ,since it contain plane of symmetry ( hence it's achiral molecule )
* Trans is optically active and will have to isomers ( mirror image ) .
