Distance = 6cm = 0.06 m

Let w = Omega

w = ✓k/m =( 4/114×10-3)1/2 = (4000/114)1/2 = (35.08)1/2 = 5.92 rad/sec 

T= 2π /w = (2×3.14)/5.92 = 6.28/5.92                    = 1.06s

Vmax= wA=5.92×0.06 = 0.355 = 0.36m/s 

amax = w2A = (5.92)2 × 0.06 

            = 35.0464 × 0.06 = 2.102 m/s2
