My Case is when building construction is an important industry in a smart nation. IoT can help construction  companies to meet their sustainability objectives by monitoring infrastructure and  minimizing the waste in the supply chain of construction material. The construction industry  is changing rapidly, companies using IoT solutions can successfully address typical  workplace challenges and get multiple benefits. If my digitalization team at AB Constructions Pte Ltd (ABC) has recently initiated  sustainability efforts and looking to identify the potential areas of operations where IoT and  other emerging technologies could help in achieving sustainability development goals (SDGs) during construction process. Challenge:The digitalization team of ABC is looking to invest in Artificial Intelligence and IoT Enabled Construction Monitoring System (AICMS) to be able to minimize construction equipment failures and downtime with better monitoring and prediction, a better monitoring of environment health and safety (EHS) risks at site, hence reduce cost of operations, while targeting some of the 17 SDGs.Solution Requirements:Digitalization team of ABC is looking for a AICMS which should be able to:1. Able to monitor location and utilization and predict failure of construction equipment such as cranes, earth moving equipment monitoring.2. Able to monitor EHS risks such as workers’ safety (e.g. any dangerous situation arising due to equipment and material movements, accidents due to fall, vital stats etc) and notify any anomalies of the relevant supervisors, professionals and agencies.3. Notify the relevant stakeholders, managers, supervisors to respond to critical situations and take decisions proactively.4. Minimize human intervention once the solution is deployed.5. Minimize maintenance and operational cost of the solution.6. Reduce CAPEX investment in the solution.7. Assure end to end security of the solution. Give me 4 operational challenges at the construction site that the ABC digitalization team shall address (as-is situation, in the absence of AICMS). Also help to estimate the impact of those problems on sustainability goals (SDGs). Propose a prioritization  matrix/rubric to rank identified problems from high to low in priority of importance. (Provide a table with quantitative and qualitative reasons, a prioritization rubric, and description)

Challenge:
The digitalization team of ABC is looking to invest in Artificial Intelligence and IoT
Enabled Construction Monitoring System (AICMS) to be able to minimize construction
equipment failures and downtime with better monitoring and prediction, a better monitoring
of environment health and safety (EHS) risks at site, hence reduce cost of operations, while
targeting some of the 17 SDGs.
Solution Requirements:
Digitalization team of ABC is looking for a AICMS which should be able to:
1. Able to monitor location and utilization and predict failure of construction
equipment such as cranes, earth moving equipment monitoring.
2. Able to monitor EHS risks such as workers’ safety (e.g. any dangerous situation
arising due to equipment and material movements, accidents due to fall, vital stats
etc) and notify any anomalies of the relevant supervisors, professionals and
agencies.
3. Notify the relevant stakeholders, managers, supervisors to respond to critical
situations and take decisions proactively.
4. Minimize human intervention once the solution is deployed.
5. Minimize maintenance and operational cost of the solution.
6. Reduce CAPEX investment in the solution.
7. Assure end to end security of the solution.

Give me 4 operational challenges at the construction site that the ABC digitalization team shall address (as-is situation, in the absence of AICMS).
