Consequently, customers coming in supposedly should have occupied the tables and stayed for their coffee and would rather look for other coffee shops to take their late-night coffee. Incidentally, some of them are practically regular customers of the café. Ivan realized that something must be done since his business had been losing some customers already, and his sales are affected.
