a) Determine the open loop transfer function for this system
b) Sketch the root locus of the system on a graph paper with all relevant refinements
and label your graph completely. Show all intermediate constructions.
c) Locate a point on root locus that gives dominant closed loop poles with 5 = 0.5.
Determine the value of K at this point.
d) From the result obtained in c), determine the value of peak time and settling time of
the system and sketch response of the system at this point.
