They ensure the success of the company, because each team member has the responsibility to work together, and communicate honestly, share ideas, and ensure team member understanding. Amrik Honda's philosophy and approach clearly shows that they are very focused on teamwork. First, although individualism is a visible scenario in any of the organizations and generally the people work in that way only but, it is deemphasized at Amrik Honda. In its place is an emphasis on system, in which people and products are seen as connected valued streams and people are trained to be problem solver so as to make the product system leaner and better. Second, the owner of Amrik Honda tasked its HR department to check while hiring, that candidates are not only competent and technically skilled but also good team players and believe in teamwork-able to trust their team, be comfortable solving problems collaboratively, and motivated to achieve collective outcomes. This is very important that instead of being self centred they must be team oriented. Third, and Amrik Honda's structure work around teams. Every employee knows the golden rule that "All of us are smarter than any of us." Teams are used not only in the sales process but also at every

level and in every function e.g. In operations, billing, and marketing, in finance, in servicing and spare parts division, and few senior members are also a part of management committee.
