I'm not sure how to write this program using functions.  I'm also having trouble opening/reading files or writing values to files on a c drive.    Program is written in C++.

1. Write a program that asks the user to enter several integer values.
The user can enter many numbers, and can stop by entering -999 (See output)
2. Use a do – while loop to read in the numbers.
With each iteration (loop) one number is entered by the user.
- If the number is an even number, it is written to a file. (only if it is an even number.)
3. Create a folder on your C: drive named: Numbers
Inside the folder, create a file named: evens.txt
If you are using a MAC and don't have a C: drive, create the Numbers folder on your Desktop.
