The correct structure is B i.e. 1-butanol.

The molecular ion peak M+ is at m/z = 74 indicates that the molecular weight of the 1-butanol.

Primary alcohol shows an characteristic peak by loss of  water molecule (M-18). Then second peak is due to the H2C=OH+ ion at m/z =31. This conforms the 1-butanol structure (B).

The 2-butanol (structure A) is not correct structure because it preferes the -cleavage either it lost methyl or the ethyl groups.

The structure C is not possible because the lost of -OH group it produce more stable tertiary cation which is the base peak .

The structure D is not possible because ether prefers the-cleavage either it lost methyl or the ethyl groups.
