Rules:  Chrial center is having four groups. You have to give priority according to according to atomic number. Bromine gets first priority and ethyl gets second priority. methyl gets third priority and hydrogen gets fourth priority.

The order of groups are clockwise, then the configuration is R or the order of groups are anticlock wise, then the configuration is S.

Here Hydrogen (fourth priority group) is present in horizontal line then R configuration will becomne S.
