How many True Positives, True Negatives, False Positives, and False Negatives are in this model ?

Note: blue points are considered positives and the red points are considered negatives.

Expert Solution
Step 1

True Positive :  When the model predicts positive value as positive i.e., it correctly predicts the positive then it is called as true positive.

True Negative : Those negative values which the model predicts as negative are called as true negative.

False Positive : When the model predicts negative outcome (or value) as positive outcome incorrectly . Those are called as false Positive.

False Negative : Those positive values which the model predicts as negative value incorrectly are called as false negative.
