Conversion of Volume unit

V = 638 mL = 0.638 L

Conversion of temperature unit

T = 128 + 273 = 401 K

Conversion of pressure unit

P = 752 torr = 752/760 atm = 0.989 atm

By Ideal gas phase equation

PV = nRT 

By substituting values , we get 

0.989 x 0.638 = n x 0.0821 x 401 

on solving it , we get

n = 0.0192 mol

Step 3

By stoichiometry of chemical reaction

moles of KClO3 decomposedmoles of O2 produced 23

moles of KClO3 decomposed0.0192 = 23

moles of KClO3 decomposed = 0.0128 mol
