Hello.  I am having problems with the following question.   Find the positive z-score for which 95% of the distribution's area lies betwen -z and z.    I am not understanding how the positive zscore for 95% of the distributions area represents the cumulative area of 0.975 to the left and 0.025 to the right.  Where do these numbers come from?    Thank you.
