Transcribed Image Text:Your district hospital medical auditing group (HMAG) finds it difficult to keep track of the number of
mild to severe Covid cases and has asked you to help them design a database to keep track of the
patients, doctors, and hospitals. They provided you with the following description of how a typical day
would work and how doctors are associated with hospitals.
A doctor can only work at one hospital, while a hospital can have many doctors working there. The
hospitals keep track of the doctor's name, surname, and medical license. The district is divided into
segments, and each segment is given a name to help identify where the hospital is found. Each
hospital also has a name and contact number.
The hospitals keep track of which doctor saw which patient and the date the patient was seen. Keep
in mind that a patient can see a doctor multiple times. Each time a patient is seen for a Covid related
matter, it is recorded. A rating between 0-10 is given to each patient to indicate the severity of the
Covid symptoms, 0 meaning there are no Covid symptoms, and ten meaning it is awfully bad. The
patient's ID, name, surname, and age are kept on record.
The HMAG also has a series of reports they have to frequently complete and would like you to set up
a series of queries to answer their questions.
