C. Oxidation of Apple
1. Prepare two slices of apple. You may decide the type of slice or the proportion of the slice.
2. Leave the first slice in an open space for an hour. Do not cover it and observe the color of the apple
after an hour.
3. Place the 2nd slice into a glass with half-filled water. Leave it for an hour. Observe the color after the
said time.
4. Compare the appearance of both slices and take a picture of your output.
