from the below statmwnt do you agree that the country that is and has been promised to all is not the country we live in to day for minorities ?   The U.S. society perceives race, class, and gender as connected categories of identity that influence many aspects of life for individuals in the United States. These three categories have some degree of respective influences as to how people's everyday lives are structured and their experiences within society. The impacts of those perceptions on my psychological development have made me view the country as whole as unfair, little regard for the well being of people especially minorities, and a place that needs work to create a better country for everyone who lives here. I've grown up seeing unfair treatment people on all three aspects because of their race, class, and gender. I would not say as a black woman in America I have a warped perception of social injustice or warped perspective of race, class, and gender. I think I have a perspective that comes from lived experience where the country that is and has been promised to all is not the country I see and that I have experienced. I hope we progress beyond these categories that have been used to discriminate against people and progress to a place of real equality for all.
