Social Diversity is vastly important in today's society, because not everyone is technically "right." The differences are what makes the community unique and change people's point of views on certain issues and topics. When reading the article "Why Diversity Is Important In Our Society" it brings up the point that "hate" is a harsh word but is used so often. Oftentimes "hate" is used because people don't understand other's point of views on things and immediately shut down without even trying. If everyone tried to view each other's point of views the diversity in society would become so much more accepting. Social Diversity helps people open their eyes to new ideas and come together as a community rather than repel against one another.
