Question
I am confused as to how to go about solving this problem.
I already split them into three distinct hydrogens: the methyl group hydrogens, the hydrogens to the farther left of the NO2 group, and the hydrogens closest to the NO2 group.
For the methyl group hydrogens, I expect 1 peak, for the ones farther to the left I expect n+1 = 2+1 = 3 peaks, but for the ones nearest the NO2 group, I believe they go through complex splitting and am confused. Detailed explanation would be appreciated.
