1-Connect the circuit in Figure below;

2. Remove resistor RL; then measure and record the Thevenin voltage ETH (the
voltage across open terminals (a and b).
3. With RL removed and the voltage source replaced by a short circuit; measure
and record the Thevenin resistance (the resistance between terminals a and b)

Norton Equivalent Determination:
5. Build the circuit in Figure above, measure and record the Norton current (the
short circuit current).
6. With the Ammeter replaced with an ohmmeter and the voltage source replaced
