\lim _{x\to -2^-}f\left(x\right)=\lim _{x\to -2^+}f\left(x\right)

\lim _{x\to -2^-}\left(5x^3-3x^2+4\right)=\lim _{x\to -2^+}\left(ax+b\right)

5\left(-2\right)^3-3\left(-2\right)^2+4=a\left(-2\right)+b
