Essential nutrients
These are the organic compounds present in the food that provide nourishment essential for the development and growth of our body. Nutrients not only provide us with the required energy to carry out various biological processes but are also the building blocks for repair and growth in our bodies.
Vitamins
The vitamins are organic molecules required in low concentration for the proper functioning of the body. They cannot be generated in the organism and are taken into the body through the diet. The lack of proper vitamins results in diverse deficiency disorders. They are thus called essential nutrients. The important vitamins are vitamin A, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin K, and vitamin E.
Specify the equipment used to measures the temperature, turbidity and salinity of the water
Temperature: The thermometer is an instrument that is used to measure the temperature in Water. The common units to measure the temperature are Fahrenheit, Celsius, and kelvin.
Turbidity: It is the proportion of relative lucidity of a fluid. It is an optical trait of water and is an estimation of the measure of light that is dispersed by material in the water when a light is radiated through the water test.
A nephelometer or Turbidity meter helps to find water turbidity.
The higher the power of dispersed light, the higher the turbidity. Material that makes water be turbid incorporates earth, sediment, exceptionally minuscule inorganic, and natural matter, green growth, broken up shaded natural mixtures, and tiny fish and other minute organic entities.
Salinity: Salinometer or hydrometers are used to measure the salinity of the water.
