Introduction:
Specialized courts are judicial courts which are setup with a purpose of hearing cases of specific category. These categories are defined by the constitution. The specialized courts are alike traffic regulation courts where matters related to specific crimes or civil issues are dealt with for example:
1. Courts for the Appeal of Armed forces.
2. Narcotics offence based courts- Narcotics Courts.
3. Marriage and Divorce related courts- Family courts.
Such specialized courts also have appeal courts as a category under them.
