The level of customers satisfaction can be measured in following ways:-
1) Feedback forms: Feedback forms plays an important role to determine the satisfaction rate of the customers/users . The feedback form helps to measure the overall satisfaction level of the customers from product services, educational webinars etc customers can rate each and every single part of the experience gained via feedback form for example A company after hosting an online webinar sents a feedback form link to the users in which the users can rate on a scale of 1 to 5 the video quality, information, experience etc.
2) Targeted Marketing e-mails: Marketing emails are usually targeted to the customers who are interested in a particular product or service. It helps the company know whether the customer is interested in buying a particular product or service in future if not what are the reasons behind it.
3) Net Promotors score: In net promotors score those customers who rates the service on the scale of 9 to 10 is called as promotors , 7 to 8 is called as passives and 0 to 6 is known as detractors. Usually international call centres, banks, e-commerce companies follows this method of measuring the level of customers satisfaction.
