Out of 320 families with 5 children each. what % would be expected to
a) Have 2 boys and 3 girls.  b) At least 1 boy. c) All are girls.
d) Almost 3 boys

Given below is the data related to scores obtained by boys and girls in a test.

Girls (G)    20    12    28    10    16    18    22    24
Test using U- Statistic at 5% of significance level that both boys and girls have come from a population with same mean.

A group of 7 weak chickens received a high protein diet weigh 12, 15, 11, 16, 14, 14, and 16 lbs. Another group of 5 chickens, similarly treated except they receive low protein diet weigh 8, 10, 14, 10 and 13 lbs. Test at 5% of Level of Significance whether  it is significant evidence that additional protein has increased the weight of the chicken.

Pharmaceutical company manufactures 10 mg supplement tablets periodically. The pharmacy council members considered 100 samples and noted that the average weight of the content is 10.011 mg with the SD of 0.01mg. Test hypothesis at 95% significance level.

A systematic sample of100 pages was taken from the Fundamentals of Statistics book and the observed foreign words per page was formed to be as follows:
No of foreign word per page    0    1    2    3    4    5    6
Frequency    48    27    12    7    4    1    1
Calculate the expected frequency by fitting Poisson Distribution
