In doing this problem I'm coming to the issue of not knowing what the theory is in this circuit, we are given IL and RL. I am not understanding how I would get values for RCS R1 and R2 with the given information. If other resistors are equal to each other for some reason please provide a brief explanation as to why it's that way so I can further understand these circuits.
