The New Deal Program was the idea of Franklin D. Roosevelt which he introduced in 1933 after triumphing in the presidential election. It was a comprehensive initiative to resolve the issues that were foisted by the Great Depression on the US. The US was in huge economic trouble from 1929 that lasted for a decade known as the Great Depression. The country needed a strong government program and endeavor to support the economy and people.
