TISSUE : a tissue is a group of cells with a similar structure , organized to carry out specific functions . Examples of tissues muscle epithelial tissue .
Tissues are organized into four broad categories based on structural and functional similarities
epithelial tissue
connective tissue
muscle tissue
nervous tissue
EPITHELIAL TISSUE : refers to group of cells that cover the body , line internal cavities and passage ways and also form certain glands .
