Create an example of operant conditioning. Explain how your example is operant conditioning by identifying the desired behavior, undesired behavior, and how you would use the elements of operant conditioning (positive reinforcement, negative reinforcement, positive punishment, and negative punishment) to produce the desired response.

Operant conditioning is a learning theory proposed by B.F. Skinner. It is that the behavior which has positive consequences will be repeated in future and has negative consequences will not be repeated. It is the theory based on the conaequences of presenting or expressing a behavior. These consequnces determines the occurence of the behavior.
The behavior can be repeated by giving reinforcement and can be inhibited or removed by guvibg punishment. These are the basic concepts of operant conditioning.
