Co(NO3)2 + Na2C2O4
Co(NO3)2 ionizes to produce Co2+ and NO3- ions and Na2C2O4 ionizes to produce 2Na+ and C2O4 2- ions.
The equation can be rearranged as:
b) Reaction between Co(NO3)2 and Pb(NO3)2 :
Co(NO3)2 + Pb(NO3)2
Co(NO3)2 ionizes to produce Co2+ and two NO3- ions and Pb(NO3)2 ionizes to produce Pb2+ and two NO3 - ions.
Though the reaction has different cations but the anions are same hence, product formed will be same as reactant combining. No rearrangement can take place here.
