Case Study: You are an Information Systems (IS) expert who works as a freelance consultant, providing advice to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) with respect to their IT needs. You have been hired by ABC Ltd, a London-based company selling electronic goods online. Its mission is to expand with distribution centres in Manchester and Edinburgh in addition to its headquarters warehouse in London. The company also considers expanding into the EU market and perhaps enter more international markets in Asia, Africa and the US. This year the business wishes to make online sales available to all EU countries. You are required to produce a report to encompass an analysis of the host company‘s strategic management of information and information systems.
