Formulation:
Acetaminophen 120 mg
90% ethanol 0.7 mL
Propylene glycol 0.5 mL
Purified water 0.5 mL
Glycerol qs ad 5 mL
Dissolve acetaminophen in ethanol and propylene glycol, add most of the glycerol, add water, adjust to volume with glycerol.
Strength: 120 mg/5 mL
Child dose: 15 mg/kg q4-6h. Maximum 4 doses in 24 hours.
Warnings: Contains 13% alcohol
