Chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing:
It is a slight modification of the basic amino precipitation technique where we know basic amino precipitation the idea is to use antibody against a specific region of a protein and to drag that protein. Precipitate that protein down using insoluble bead because we add our antibody that antibody is attached to a bead that is insoluble and that antibody specific against a protein determinant. So once we add this antibody it will bind to the specific of the protein using a heavy portion and it will drag that protein down because there will be antigen-antibody interaction and due to bead it will precipitate itself down. Through this method, we can separate a specific protein from a mixture of other proteins.
