A portion with only a single layer of cells was observed. Cells under HPO are shown in your worksheet. Give a short description of the T. spathacea leaf cells in 0.01 M and 0.30 M NaCl solutions. In the figures, label the cell wall, vacuole and tonoplast. Be sure to show the differences between the two leaves and describe them.
