Question

Jill's company has just informed her that it wants her to move to New York City to be closer to some key customers.  While Jill has visited NYC a couple of times, she never imagined herself living there, and is reluctant to make the move.  All she can think is that NYC is crowded, fast-paced, and filled with traffic.  As she learns more about NYC through online research, her mindset begins to shift slightly.  She starts to feel like NYC is less of an unknown, and maybe a place she can actually afford to live.  She decides that she’ll say “yes” to her company’s request, even though she still has some reservations.  So she takes a trip to NYC to check it out and start to look for a place to live.  While she’s there, she enjoys much of the trip – seeing Hamilton on Broadway and walking through Central Park are great experiences, and she has moments where she can see herself living in NYC.  However, she’s still nervous and out of her comfort zone.  She can’t identify where in the City she will live either, which adds to her stress.  Based on this information, which step of the change process is Jill most likely experiencing?
