At the Depot, the approved vehicle requests arereceived, vehicle availability checks are done before the vehicleis released to the driver. A driver can only be assigned onevehicle and a request can be for one or more vehicles. Vehicledetails that are verified include the r vehicle registrationnumber, last service date, depot name and status. Jannie wants the Fleet Management System to automate all the manualprocesses and work on numerous devices including smartphones andtablets. He also requires the user interface to adopt his company'stheme and clearly display his company logo for brand awareness.
