verification. As part of the verification process,the Controller verifies vehicle details and driver details beforeissuing a request approval. Approved requests
are sent to the Depotand rejection notes are sent back to the Office Assistant by theController. At the Depot, the approved vehicle requests arereceived,
vehicle availability checks are done before the vehicleis released to the driver. A driver can only be assigned onevehicle and a request can be for one or
more vehicles. Vehicledetails that are verified include the r
vehicle registrationnumber, last service date, depot name and status.
Jannie wants the Fleet Management System to automate all the manualprocesses and work on numerous devices including smartphones andtablets. He
also requires the user interface to adopt his company'stheme and clearly display his company logo for brand awareness. Aspart of his many requirements,
it is Jannie's wish for the systemto always be online, be highly responsive and secure with tightaccess control mechanisms in place. Jannie oversees the
dailyoperations with his partner Sally Joubert and has the City ofJohannesburg Municipality as one of the customers.
